I bring together hands-on textile operations, a commercial mindset and technology. For me, good work means processes that are organised, traceable and built around real needs.
My career has taken shape in the textile industry, where production and trade are closely intertwined. At Paşasan Tekstil and Essan Mensucat, my work has centred on production coordination, order tracking, customer communication and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
I like to understand how work actually flows: which steps it passes through, who holds which information and where time gets lost. Improving operations usually starts not with big changes, but with asking the right questions.
An associate degree in Internet and Network Technologies gave me a technical foundation, while a bachelor's degree in Public Administration taught me to look at organisations and processes from a wider angle. I use both perspectives to build practical, tool-driven solutions to real business problems.
Looking ahead, I want to develop projects that strengthen the links between textile, e-commerce and technology, and to open the door to new collaborations.
